I remember how bummed I was that week and yet it helped me to process some things about the past. Dan's music was a soundtrack to a part of my life that seems farther away with every passing year. This song holds so many memories for me. It came out while I was in college and dating a young girl from the Midwest. She played it on her stereo for me and I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. It became "our song". Funny how a song played 30 years later can bring back a flood of memories. Music can be like that. Thanks Crystal! RR

Those of you who follow my blog know that I am in total awe of this piece by Bach. Here it is in a rare orchestral performance. I can never listen to or study this piece enough. It heals me like no other piece of music ever has. I can't explain it...I can only love it! RR
