Claude Debussy - Clair De Lune (Stokowski)

This is a restoration of an 'old school' Disney animation classic featuring Leopold Stokowski and the Philadelphia Orchestra performing Debussy's 'Claire de Lune". The movements of the white heron flying in the moonlight to the music is perfection. I used to live near a riparian (river) environment and I saw herons in the moonlight frequently. They really do fly like this! What a find to be able to see this classic film! YouTube is a treasure trove of gems such as this. Who needs TV! RR
